How to request a refund depends on where you purchased Premium.
Purchase on this website (Stripe)
Contact us using the form below and select “MyClipBoard — Refund”. Include your MyClipBoard account email and purchase date if possible. We handle requests within 14 days of purchase. After we refund via Stripe, Premium is revoked automatically on your account. Bank credit usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Google Play or Microsoft Store
Those purchases go through Google or Microsoft. Request a refund directly from the relevant store (Play Store → Orders, or Microsoft Store → Purchase history). We cannot refund those payments from this website.
Immediate digital delivery
Premium is activated immediately after payment. By completing checkout, you accept immediate delivery of the digital service.
